This year we are entering a float in the Horizon Power Float Parade. Staff are organising the decorations and costumes for the students, if you would like to help with decorating please contact your child's classroom teacher. We are looking forward to having lots of fun during the parade, so families please come down and support us on Friday 30th June from 4pm.

Parent & Caregiver Survey

Once again I would like to thank our families for supporting attendance at school. Our school attendance percentage has risen drastically this first half of the year and across the school we have a percentage of close to 80% attendance. This is an AMAZING achievement and would not be able to happen without the support of our families. High attendance allows for lots of learning to take place and that is what we want so our students can achieve their life goals as they grow older.

The term is quickly coming to an end and lots will be happening over the coming weeks, our last assembly will be on Friday 23rd June with 3/4B presenting. We look forward to seeing families support this assembly from 1.45pm in the Multi-purpose Room.

Don't forget we have an Early Close tomorrow for our Parent/Teacher/Student interviews - please have students picked up from school at 12.00pm.

The Year 5/6 class will be participating in an AFL Carnival on Thursday 22nd June at the DDHS oval. Mr Clinton and Miss Bec will be supporting the students on the day. Some Year 4 students will be asked to attend to ensure we are able to put forward a team for the day. Details will be sent out early next week.

Our fundraising will open within the next two weeks. Make sure you keep an eye out for your child's sponsorship booklet to get started.
