At home you can be teaching your children to put on their own mittens, hat, and scarf.
Table Time Activities
Tuesday - Snowy Owl- Paint with bubble wrap to make snow, glue on branch, tear brown paper and glue on owl, glue on cupcake holders, eyes and nose.
Thursday - Mitten: Sponge paint white paint on blue paper for the mitten background. Paint a watered down glue/water mixture on mitten and then glue tissue paper squares on top.
Friday - Snowman picture-Have students draw a snowman while teacher models. Have a solution of half Epsom salts and half water, students will paint it on for snowy/ frosted effect.

Holy Spirit Catholic Church has generously donated new and gently used winter coats for the students at Great Beginnings. If your child is in need of a winter coat, please notify their teacher or call Mary Beth Panek, School Social Worker, at 986-2466.
A flyer was sent home in your child's backpack regarding a picky eater info. night. It's this Tuesday January 12th from 6-7pm. Let me know if you need another one.
