IMPORTANT: Entrances and Carline when School Begins
All grades will be entering through the FRONT DOOR this year. This is for safety reasons. Please keep this in mind for drop off on the first day of school.
We are also REQUIRING placards with the students name and grade for pick up this year. Please make sure you put the placard you receive on back to school night in your front window. If you lose this placard please make your own. It needs to have the homeroom teacher and students first and last name. Color and material does not matter. This too is for safety reasons. Thank you for working with us on these two items.
Titan Lunch Account Issues Information
Several of you have come to us unable to add a new child to your Titan account. We have been working with the district and are hoping to get it resolved. In the meantime, our lunchroom team is aware of those students who are not able to create accounts and they will be able to receive hot lunch until this is taken care of. Once it is resolved you will be billed for the food they do get during this time. We are sorry for the inconvenience, but are told this should resolve by next week when CCSD begins school.
Peer Helpers
Attention all CCA Middle School students. Peer Helpers will begin meeting on Friday August 26, 2022 at 7:15am in Mrs. MacFarland's room. Any middle school students who are interested in participating in our Peer Helper program should plan on attending this meeting. Peer Helpers are a group of Middle School students who are trained in leadership skills in order to help their fellow CCA community. Please email Ms. Yamauchi kyamauchi@cherrycreekacademy.org with any questions. We hope to see you there!
MANDATORY- CCSD Parent Forms
Please make sure you complete the Parent Forms that were sent out by CCSD on July 1, 2022. CCA also sent out a reminder email on Monday, July 11, 2022, you can find that email here. These forms are mandatory for your student to return to school. If you have any questions please reach out to our communications director Rachel Brooks at rbrooks@cherrycreekacademy.org or please contact the district directly for any issues or if you did not receive them.
MANDATORY - Chromebook Usage Agreement Form
Each year we ask parents to fill out the Chromebook Usage Agreement Form as we are a 1:1 Chromebook Laptop school. Your student will not be issued their Chromebook until this form is completed. Please take a moment to fill this out.

Dear Valued Partners, We’re excited to welcome your families to shop with us this summer. Here are key shopping updates to help your families.
New features and functionality have been added to further streamline the online shopping experience for parents. Look for new videos and tutorials for sizing and placing orders.
We are encouraging all families to set up a My Account on our website, which makes getting uniforms even easier. Families can access their school’s uniform webstore in just a click, get order status and tracking, view history and more. We’ve even connected our stores with our website so families can see their online and new in-store purchases in their online accounts!
Please help us by encouraging your families to shop early. Inventory is arriving daily and most items will be available this summer, but there are a very few specific delays that will be communicated directly to you by your account manager. Like other retailers, we are still experiencing global supply chain challenges, but our planning and production teams have worked nonstop the past year to get us to 90% in-stock by end of July. When your families order online, we have pre-order messaging clearly stated with estimated total production times; these messages automatically disappear when the items are in-stock. Emails are regularly sent out to families with any order updates. Communication is always a key part of our partnership with you and your families.
Our Stores and Customer Care Center are staffed and ready to assist your families. In stores and on the phones, we are extending operating hours and adding staff to assist your families through July and August.
From all of us at DENNIS Uniform, here's to a great summer and fantastic back-to-school season!
