*Picture Day This Wednesday*
Our Band Picture Day has been rescheduled for this Wednesday. Students will wear their band uniform to school that day and take their ensemble picture during their regular class period. There will be an announcement for Beginners to report to the Band Hall around 9am to take their group picture. These pictures will be featured on the Band pages of the Yearbook.
You will have the opportunity to order individual pictures of your band student with their instrument in their uniform on this day as well. Photo Texas Photography provides a variety of products. Order forms were provided directly to students. Alternatively, you may choose to order online. Click on the picture above to visit the website.
Instrument Payments Due - Plans 3 & 4
If your student plays a school-owned instrument, and you signed up for Payment Plan #3 ($25 every 9 weeks) or Plan #4 ($12.50 monthly) that payment is due by this Wednesday via cash or check made out to BMS with a valid phone number. Alternatively, you can choose to pay online using our RevTrak website for an additional fee by clicking here: https://tinyurl.com/beltonmsbandstore
*Solo Contest This Saturday*
Our annual Solo Contest is this Saturday at BMS. Performance times are now final, and each students' individual time will be shared with them directly early this week. Parents should drop off their student at the side Cafeteria entrance of the school by the bus loop and staff parking lot.
Students should arrive at least 10 minutes before their performance time in order to warm-up in our Cafeteria. They should be wearing their formal band uniform when they arrive at BMS. Then they will go to their assigned classroom to perform for the judge. After they perform, they are dismissed and can find their rating online using a provided link under their student ID number. Please take time to read all of the details for this event by clicking on the PDF below:
