Pauline Central is on a Mission! - Celebrating our Students
This past Friday we recognized our Students of the Month for August and September. Our students of the month are selected by their teachers, and the selection is based on students who demonstrate the character trait of the month at high levels in the classroom. Students received a certificate, bracelet and had their picture taken with our school mascot, PAWS.

Our friends at T-Mobile in Topeka surprised us this week with a generous donation to our Jaguar Prize Store. Our students are learning about Respectful, Responsible and Safe school behavior, and these donations will help us positively reinforce our students!

School Safe Language is a MUST!
Some of our youngest children are using words that are not appropriate for school and we need your help! Please partner with us by talking to your child about using language that is safe and appropriate for school.

Title 1
NOTICE TO PARENTS
Parents of students attending a Title 1 school have the right to request information on the professional qualifications of your child’s teacher and any paraprofessional working with your child. The information you may request includes:
- If the teacher has met the state qualifications and licensing criteria for the grade levels taught;
- Whether the teacher is under an emergency or other provisional license or whether the licensing criteria has been waived;
- The teacher’s degree major and any other graduate certification or degree held;
- Whether the child is provided services by a paraprofessional and if so, their qualifications.
