7th Grade Writing STAAR Sim
On Monday, February 8th, the entire 7th grade class will be administered the STAAR WRITING Simulation Exam on campus. If your child is a KOL student, please make arrangements to have your child at Hildebrandt from 8:50 am-11:50 am for testing. KOL students will take the test and will be allowed to leave as testing concludes at 11:20 am. Your KOL student can ride the bus to and from school if you would like for them to stay the entire day on campus.
After testing concludes, KOC and KOL students will follow a regular bell schedule for the rest of the day.
It is important for our students to have practice using the STAAR testing platform and this Simulation Exam will give our students the needed time to practice. A reminder that all students will be required to come to campus for STAAR testing in April and May.
We will continue to follow all COVID protocol regulations put forth by the district to ensure the safety of all students. If your child is ill or in quarantine, they will need to remain at home and will be administered a make-up session that will be arranged by Mrs. Williams.
If you have any questions, please reach out to Mrs. Williams at 832-249-5100 or kwilliams6@kleinisd.net.
