Macbeth Act 1 Scene 1
1971, Roman Polanski vs. 2010, Rupert Goold
Roman Polanski vs. Rupert Goold
Even though the films are all about the same book some are not as accurate to the book as others. For example the 1971 version of Macbeth seemed more accurate than the 2010 version of Macbeth. While some version focus more on making it the most insight then about the play, the 2010 seemed more of an interesting insight then the 1971. Finally some version actually help you understand the book more than if you were just to read the book on your own the 1971 really helped me understand the play more than 2010 version of Macbeth. In the end they are all telling the same story but with different ways in mind that they see the story.

In both movies the setting was different for the Roman Polanski the setting was in a beach daytime and it was cloudy ready to rain. While in the 2010 Rupert Goold version the setting was in a hospital hallway during a war period.
