Current Information About Reopening for Blended Cohorts
Blended cohorts will come to school during their same cohort times: 8:30-11:00 a.m. for Cohort A and 12:30-3:00 p.m. for Cohort B. On Wednesdays, Cohort A dismisses at 10:30 a.m. and Cohort B dismisses at 2:30 p.m.
If you aren't sure if your child is in a Blended or Remote Cohort, these are our Blended Classes:
- TK--Mrs. Champlin (Blended in the PM only)
- K--Mrs. Hogue (Blended in the AM only) and Mrs. Reeves (Blended in AM and PM)
- 1st--Mrs. Haerterich and Mrs. Hammer
- 2nd--Ms. Floyd and Mrs. Ayers
- 3rd--Mrs. Ayers and Mrs. Staiano
- 4th--Mrs. Randolph
- 5th--Mrs. Ross-Neier
A Few Quick Facts about Re-Entry:
When school resumes on campus for the blended cohorts, we will have approximately 100 students on campus in the AM and another 100 in the PM. Everyone on campus will be required to wear masks. Handwashing will be built into the school schedule upon classroom entry in the beginning of the day and after recess, and also prior to leaving school. A sack lunch/breakfast will be given to each child by their teacher as they leave school. Students in Cohort B need to eat lunch BEFORE coming to school; they may eat the lunch they brought home the previous day. We will maintain social distancing in classrooms, in the hallway, in restrooms, and during recess. Student materials will not be shared. Classrooms will be disinfected between the AM and PM cohorts in addition to the regular cleaning done daily in classrooms by our custodial staff. Informational Sessions Regarding Re-Opening

Tues., 10/27/20--6:00 PM: Spanish Parent Presentation via Zoom, including time for Q & A. The Zoom link will be emailed to parents who indicated in Q that they prefer school information in Spanish. Please contact the school office if you need the link.
Thurs., 10/29/20--3:00 PM: Parent Q & A Session with the principal. Zoom link will be sent via email.
Tues., 11/3/20--An additional video will be sent to families with any updated information and visuals on procedures.
Thurs., 11/5/20--6:00 PM: Parent Q & A Session with the principal. This will be an informal time to ask any remaining questions. Zoom link will be sent via email. A bilingual staff member will be available as well.
