CHUH welcomes Mr. Kenneth Elder
Over the next few weeks, the District’s Title IX Compliance Officer, Mr. Kenneth Elder, will be visiting each CH-UH school - Noble is being visited on Friday, September 2nd. Mr. Elder will give students a brief overview of what Title IX is and who they can go to if they need to talk about a potential issue. He will also discuss the concepts of personal space, body autonomy, and consent, all in an age-appropriate manner based on grade level.
In short, Title IX protects people from discrimination based on sex, which includes acts of sexual harassment, in educational programs or activities.
Student & Family Handbook
This sign-off slip will be your child's ticket to a Popsicle Party on Friday, September 9th, so be sure to get it returned to school before that date.
