Getting Back On Track!
Team Columbia:
As we get back on track from our second winter break, I know you are working hard to make up for lost time. Remember, we will have our district walkthrough on Wednesday. This is rescheduled from last Wednesday. Please make sure you have your objectives posted and your agenda is posted. Please ensure that you have a clearly defined Before, During, and After activity. I have reposted a purposeful planning guide for your review for strategies and examples in case you lost your copy. The picture below shows an example of an agenda with the Before, During, and After activities labeled.
Please do not stress about the walkthrough just ensure that students are engaged and that teaching and learning is taking place.
Also, please ensure that you referred any student who failed the semester in a math, science, social studies, and English course. This includes AP and IB courses.
Just for your information, we had to reschedule the 1st Semester Honors Day Program to January 31.
Have a great week of teaching and learning!!!!
