Laughter is the best medicine!

Research tells us that laughter has many benefits from relieving stress, to even improving our immune system. It is easy during times such as these to forget to laugh. We challenge you this week to find things to laugh about with your family. Laughter is contagious; so try out one of the following activities and LAUGH!
