Maggie Thrash grew up in the south. She is the author of the graphic novel, Honor Girl, published by Candlewick Press . This critically acclaimed graphic novel is based on Maggie's experiences at an all girl's summer camp in Kentucky. Her short stories and non-fiction articles can be found on Rookie.
