Wild Tree Meal Prep Workshop
Are you tired of stressing over "what's for dinner?" Want to eat healthy, but can't find the time? We have the answer! Come to this Wildtree mini freezer meal workshop and discover the convenience of having healthy dinners ready to pull out on busy nights. This is a fun, affordable way to make mealtime easy, healthy and delicious. You will bring four bags filled with shrimp, chicken, pot roast and pork and a few other simple ingredients. You will go home with 4 freezer meals...two for the skillet, one for the oven and one for the crockpot. Each meal feeds 4-6 adults. We'll be making Honey Dijon Chicken, Spanish Style Garlic Shrimp, Italian Herb Crusted Porkchops and Crockpot Shredded Beef Burritos. A grocery list and prep instructions will be provided after you register. At the class, you will create the meals using Wildtree products (peanut-free, certified organic) with directions from the Instructor.
