Welcome Letter!
The Second Edition
Your Launch Party
A few invitation tips:
- Your F.R.A.N.K. list is your guest list. Take a few minutes to fill this out if you haven't already. Seriously. Do it. :)
- CALL each guest and personally invite them. (It is very important to take the time to personally contact your guests to save the date. It will make a difference!) I recommend 3 connections. 2 weeks out for a save the date, 1 week out to ask for an RSVP, and 1 the day before/day of to remind them of the event and let them know you are excited to see them, because EVERYONE forgets!! You don't have to call each time, I actually mostly text my guests. But calling each of your guests at least once will make a huge difference. Call during lunch time if you only have time to leave a message! :)
- Norwex offers electronic invitations on your Consultant Office, but I don't use these. I recommend making a Red Stamp invitation you can text to your guests! (I make one of these for every host I have, too!)
- Think big: invite four times as many people to your Launch Party as you'd like to have attend to meet your goal of 10-15 attendees!
- Encourage guests to bring a friend or their mom (!) to your Launch Party celebration. It's always more fun with a friend!
- Use many forms to connect: texting, Personal Facebook message, etc. Avoid sending out group messages and send personalized notes instead. NO SPAMMING! EW!

I'm looking forward to our next call! Write down any questions that come up!
Let's chat about how this is going on our next call! Have a great week, and have FUN!
Reminder: Keep these emails for future reference -- don't worry! You don't have to remember everything!
The Numbers Game
I also suggest: offer raffle entries for bringing friends!! (Look to the right for details!)
Outside Orders
Hostess coaching is KEY for successful parties!
Woot Woot!
1 Ticket for an RSVP!
1 Ticket for coming on time!
5 Tickets for every guest they bring! (This is really successful!!)
I cut up dish cloths into fourths as giveaways, and use the Naturally Timeless samples, too. Sometimes I purchase spray bottles and containers at Bed Bath & Beyond and made little samples of diluted Odor Eliminator and Blue diamond. I put some scrapings of cleaning paste into little jars (also from Bed Bath & Beyond), and little squirt bottles of the dishwashing liquid. I'll include the labels on the bottom of the page for the items I label.
*If you don't have any samples for your launch party you can always raffle off free shipping to a few guests!
**I would highly discourage you from giving away enviro cloths or polishing cloths. If a customer wins them they will be very unlikely to buy them, and it would be an incredible shame to take the sales from your host. Consumables are a great way for people to try products they may not otherwise initially purchase!
