The Grove
December 20, 2019
A Note From Principal Graham
We talk every day about showing kindness to others. I am overwhelmed with the level of kindness that the parents and students of Oak Grove have shown to our community. With all the donations for the Student Council Food Drive to Mission Lexington, 58 families will have a holiday meal. Wow, just amazing...thank you! Our school counselors have been working with all our students (3K-5th grade) on a service-learning project for Epworth Children's Home. Because of their hard work and willingness to show others kindness, care packages have been created for all the children. Truly, a wonderful season of giving to others.
I hope everyone enjoys a safe and enjoyable winter break. Relax, have fun, and don't forget to read! We look forward to seeing you in the new year for more exciting happenings at Oak Grove.
