Annual Parental Involvement Conference Held - October 17th
4th Annual Parental Involvement Conference Was a Huge Success!
During our general session, guest speaker Ronny Cabrera inspired our audience members and urged them to live life with passion and hope; he also urged them to inspire their children and push them to achieve their goals and dreams. Ronny shared his story of his humble beginnings living in Santa Cruz, Bolivia and how he eventually came to the United States and became an American citizen. His story was truly inspiring and uplifting.
A special thank you to our merchant vendors, community organizations and presenters for making our conference a huge success. Also a note of recognition for Mr. Ricky Casanova of Falfurrias. He was the designer of this year's Dr. Seuss inspired conference t-shirt.

Guest Speaker Ronny Cabrera Presents: "It is Possible"
Through the use of music, videos, media, culture, as well as real-life experiences and the love for sports and learning, Mr. Cabrera expressed his passion for success and the education of young students by providing insights on what it takes to go beyond challenges in an ever-changing world. He inspired students and parents to become champions in their personal and professional lives.
Mr. Cabrera's message to parents and volunteers was truly powerful and uplifting. He strives to help people understand that it is possible to design and live exceptional lives, but he says it is also necessary to make crucial decisions to make positive events happen. We must become equipped with the skills necessary to achieve our fullest potential in all areas of our lives; not only as individuals, but also as a family and a community.
