Read More Often
Studies show that the more you read the more likely you are to read again. This means if you read more you will engage in your reading and learn more from the context.
After Reading Write the Info Down
Once you are done reading you information you should write it down. Writing it down helps remember what you read even better.
Reading out Loud
When you read out loud it helps your brain stimulate the information. When you read out loud it's important not to be too loud if you are in public, because you might disturb people.
Success
If you do all three of those steps you will become a successful reading learner.
