The Simple Routine
1. As soon as you wake-up...Take 1 Capsule with water. (I keep mine on my nightstand)
2. 20-40 minutes later take 1/2 of your Premium Lifestyle Mix & mix it in 4 -5 oz of water (almond milk or juice may be used as well).
3. Apply your DFT Foam to a clean, dry area with high blood flow (shoulder, back, forearm, upper hip area). REMEMBER TO PLACE IN NEW AREA EACH DAY.
DAY 3 & 4
1. As soon as you wake-up...Take 2 Capsules with water. (I keep mine on my nightstand)

* No Lifestyle Mix for Friday - Sunday. Goal is to eat healthy and focus on your water intake

DAY 8 - 30
Continue with routine!
* Remember to drink at least 64 oz of water. Ideal is 1/2 your body weight in ounces.
* Decrease and Eliminate all other caffeine in your diet. It will give you the crash feeling if you don't take them out.
* Eat 3 -5 healthy, balanced meals per day
* Move 20+ minutes per day to get your heart pumping and start reaching your fitness goals.
