Scholastic Book Fair : 10/30-11/3
Students may visit the Book Fair during the school day with their Language Arts or Core+ classes, as well as during any class as long as they are given a pass by their classroom teacher. There is a family night during the week as well, and the online fair will run before and after the physical fair dates as well. Please note that the fair is not open before school, and is only open after school on Wednesday, November 1 for the family event.
The schedule for the fair is as follows:
Monday, October 30: 7:45 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Tuesday, October 31: 7:45 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Wednesday, November 1: 7:45 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. (Family Night!)
Thursday, November 2: 7:45 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Friday, November 3: 7:45 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. (to allow for tear-down and reporting)

Pre-Order Diary of a Wimpy Kid: The Getaway!
Stay tuned for order forms, which will be distributed in Language Arts classes and will also be available in the main office and the Media Center.
The best part? Students will receive their pre-ordered books by Wednesday, November 8th at the latest*!
*There is a chance that the UPS shipment will show up on Tuesday, November 7, which is the release day of the book. However, it is likely that we will receive an afternoon or after school shipment, in which case books will be distributed on Wednesday, November 8th.
Check Library Accounts From Home
A few other tips to help keep track of library books:
- Never, ever, ever loan library books to a friend. If something happens, it is the responsibility of whoever borrowed the item to turn it in or pay for it if it is lost.
- Keep lockers neat and tidy - this will help you locate library books. The top shelf is a prime space for lost items!
- Don't wait for the due date or class visit to return books when finished reading. Students can drop books off using the hallway book return (right outside the Media Center doors in the main hallway) any time! The library is also open for returns/renewals/check outs before first period begins, during Core+, or with a pass from a teacher during the school day as well.
