EJES Focus
November 2, 2018
Dear EJ Families,
It is hard to believe we have wrapped up the first marking period of the year and November is already here! Progress reports for Kindergarten, first, second and third grades and report cards for fourth, fifth and sixth grade will be sent home with students on Friday, November 16. Please contact your child's teacher if you have any questions regarding their progress so far this year.
Our staff at EJES is so excited to be working with some incredible mentors and coaches to help us continue to grow and learn as we teach your children. We do this to ensure that we are offering the very best education to our students. Thank you for all you do in supporting our teachers and staff, as well as the amazing support of your children!
You will find additional information in this newsletter about the upcoming "Moving the Boundaries" informational meeting. I highly encourage all of you to attend if you are able to do so. It is so important we learn more about challenges our children face in today's society. It is vital we learn and work together to educate our children as they grow and begin making choices independently. This meeting will help us gain knowledge to become stronger families and a community.
