Earn a UH Online Quality Course Design Digital Badge
The UH Online Quality Course Design Review process contributes directly to quality online offerings at UH by providing the opportunity for an instructor to submit their online course for review.
Upon the completion of this process, the instructor will receive a digital badge that recognizes course design meets the quality standards, based on the Quality Matters nationally recognized rubrics.
Note: This process focuses on continuous improvement of effective online course design and is not meant to be an evaluation of online instruction.
Support for Online Learners
Each video is created using a PechaKucha format (20 slides each 20 seconds), so the entire video is 6 minutes and 40 seconds long. Watch the second video in the Go the Distance Series below. Share the video with your students to encourage them through the mid-semester research, exams, projects, etc.
Students can also complete the Go The Distance Video Form, after watching any of the videos. Students may also choose to be entered to win Go the Distance prizes for watching the videos and completing the forms.
Go The Distance Video 2 was released on February 8th, and Go the Distance Video 3 will be released at the beginning of week 10 on March 22, 2021, just as students return from Spring Break and prepare to finish the semester strong.
