April Updates

Carl Cozier News ~ April 7, 2019

Note from the Principal

Welcome Back! I hope Spring Break was an opportunity for some family time and sunshine. I missed seeing our students and feel excited to see their smiles on Monday morning. Please take a few minutes to read this newsletter and learn about our new "Hamster Pass" for bus riders, upcoming events and other great things happening at Carl Cozier Elementary. And remember, if you have not already done so, please like us on Facebook for updates on fun classroom and school-wide activities.

Thank you for sharing your children with us each day. As always, please reach out questions or feedback.

With gratitude,

Ari Feeney

New Hamster Pass! Bus Rider Passes for all Students

Beginning this week, Carl Cozier will be the fourth school to implement the new school bus pass system - called the Hamster Pass. Each student will have a special card attached to his/her backpack. When entering and exiting the bus each day, students will "beep" their card. This new technology is part of the Transportation Levy project and will help us keep students safe at all times. Please click on the link below for more information and FAQs.

Support Our PTA!

This year, our PTA is engaging in a Go Fund Me fundraising campaign. The money raised from this and other fundraisers support after school enrichment programs, our school garden, library books, and so much more. Please consider supporting this campaign with whatever you're able to give. Every little bit helps! Click Here to give!

All families welcome and I hope to see you there!
