8th Grade Parent Night

Dear Parents & Guardians,

As the first step to our registration process for the 2022-2023 school year, we are inviting all parents, guardians, and students to participate in our 8th Grade Parent Night. Students and parents are welcome to visit the building, take a tour, meet coaches and club sponsors, and ask questions to alleviate any stressors heading into the high school experience. Existing Wentzville Parents and Students are welcome to come up anytime between 6 - 7:30 pm.

Private School Students & Parents

  • 5:30 pm meeting

  • Informational meeting on the enrollment process

Course Guidance and Q & A

  • 6:00 - 7:30

  • Large Gym

  • Meet with your student's counselor and assistant principal to discuss any pressing questions

Optional A+ Informational Meeting

  • 6:30 - 7 or 7 - 7:30
  • Auditorium
  • Mrs. Gerringer (A+, College, & Career Counselor) will lead an informational meeting regarding A+
  • The A+ Program provides scholarship funds to eligible graduates to attend a participating public community college or vocational/technical school, or certain private two-year vocational/technical schools. There are also numerous four-year universities that will offer some scholarship money for students who complete the A+ Program. For more information about the A+ program, visit our website or the Department of Higher Education site.

Additional information concerning the enrollment process for the 2022-2023 school year:

  • Presentation Video that your student will be watching in class

  • On Wednesday, February 09, 2022 counselors from Liberty High School will be helping students enroll in elective courses for next school year. We are asking that each student select two credits worth of classes. In case of inclement weather, we will reschedule this with FMS

  • Every student will be working through the Course Enrollment Website. If students follow the steps on this website they will successfully complete the enrollment process.

Summer School

If your student is considering taking PE and/or Health in summer school, more information will be sent at a later date. At this time we know that summer school will be held at Liberty High School this year and will be from June 7 - June 30. Please note the first week is Tuesday - Friday. The following three weeks are Monday - Thursday.
