I think Martin Luther King Jr. should advance in the tournament because he is important in history. He made a change in the world in the 1900's. He also led the civil rights movement in the United States. He is also an inspiration to people who want too make a change in the world.


Martin Luther King Jr. was born on January 15, 1929, in Atlanta, Georgia. He had four children named Yolanda King, Dexter Scott King, Martin Luther King III, Bernice KIng. He also received the Nobel Peace prize in 1964. King married Jennie Celeste Parks. Martin was arrested along with his followers after his speech "I have a Dream" in the spring of 1963. Martin Luther King Jr. was assassinated in 1963.


He led thousand of nonviolent demonstrators from Selma, Alabama to the capitol. It was also a a 54 mile march.
