“Let’s Get It Done People”
Reds are the just-get-it-done people. Reds need things to make sense and be logical. They are practical, organized, determined, productive and action oriented. They do not just talk about getting things done. – they take charge and get completion. They measure on the bottom-line and are detail oriented. They challenge organizations to think and act in ways that make sense and are logical. They will not accept change for the sake of change, and will challenge organizations to be pragmatic and deliberate in decision-making. Reds are not timid about letting you know where you stand with them. They will create clear structures and boundaries around which to organize their time and attention, and will set clear expectations for following through with plans.
“Let’s Experience It All People”
Greens use their intuition and feelings to navigate their world. They have rich imaginations and thrive when using their creative abilities. They think in metaphors and analogies, painting vivid pictures in their minds. They work with intensity and passion when they are inspired and use their intuition, creativity and relationship skills to solve problems and to bring forward new possibilities. Natural motivators, Greens encourage others to reach for the sky and to adopt the belief that anything can be accomplished if we can dream it and make it fun. They are passionate by nature and need the freedom to be themselves, to spontaneously respond to their intuitive insights and to express their feelings.

“Let’s Do It Differently People”
Yellows are independent and creative thinkers who use their intuition and logic to devise innovative ways of accomplishing tasks or improving on existing systems. As big picture thinkers, they love to solve problems - the more complex the problems the better they like them. They are natural leaders and are not hesitant to challenge the status quo, authority, or the way things have historically been done. They tend to be analytical and skeptical by nature and need time to consider situations from many perspectives before making a decision. They have a high need for autonomy and are happiest when they can create and influence system level change to improve effectiveness and to meet organizational goals and aspirations.
“Let’s All Get Along People”
Oranges need things to make sense and feel right. They are friendly, personable, caring, and considerate people who take pleasure in helping others and being of service in their workplaces and communities. Their relational nature inspires them to bring people together for the purpose of sharing the work and enjoying each other's company. They are loyal and committed people who seek harmony and fairness in their circle of relationships. They are the connectors in any organizational system and will focus on people and relationships in managing their work. They need structure and predictability in their life, and time to consider and respond to changes in a way that will benefit all.
