All, not to nag, but I thought I would send this out one more time. Kelly, are you still on board with being able to preside over the communications contest? Shelley is going to be your back up just in case. Will you be coming at all on Thursday? If so, will you be bringing the awards certificates then?

Who’s Doing What For the Conference

1. Elizabeth: Bringing computer and attendee roster; handling meal reservations, if needed (sounds like it may not be); bringing certificate for SchoolMessenger; serving as contact for all speakers; serving as contact for hotel on all arrangements including food, AV, room set up; serving as contact for vendor needs; bringing giveaways for gift bags; making nametags; arranging for shuttle service, if necessary; arriving by 11 a.m. for set up; presiding over certain portions of the agenda.
2. Brian: Bringing projector, mac adaptor and giveaways; arriving by 11 a.m. for setup.
3. Tim: Bringing table runners, backup projector, candy, membership pins and candy; arriving by 11 a.m. for setup
4. Delaina: Getting final count of attendees to the restaurant
5. Andy: Bringing folders and giveaways; helping with any presenters who need to load presentations; giving treasurer’s report in Diana’s absence; arriving by 11 a.m. for set up
6. Shelley: Serving as backup to do contest part of the business agenda; bringing giveaways; arriving by 11 a.m. for set up
7. Kathy: bringing Distinguished Chapter Plaque, bringing table signs for vendors and presenters; bringing tickets for happy hour/drawing, bringing giveaways; arriving by 11 a.m. for set up; presiding over certain portions of the agenda.
8. Tracy: Giving secretary’s report during business meeting, presenting Distinguished Chapter Award to Andy, bringing giveaways, arriving by 11 a.m. for set up
9. Kelly: Presiding over contest portion of the business meeting.
