Chaperone Sign-Up

JV chaperones are still needed for show days. You will have backstage access to the show! This is an exciting way to watch the guards warm up, practice, and perform. If you’re interested, please sign up with the google sheet below and make sure to have a background on file. We will have a quick meeting before the season starts for new chaperones. Background checks can be completed using the link below. They must be completed before chaperoning. The process can take up to 2 weeks.

We need you!

Hosted Events

Big picture

2021 Hosted Events - Volunteers Needed

Show hosting season is upon us and we once again need help from ALL band families. Please know these shows bring in money for the entire program so we need help from concert band parents, jazz band parents, marching band parents, guard parents, and indoor percussion parents.

Due to COVID, we have drastically reduced our list of adult volunteers so it is vital that if you sign up, you show up, unless you are sick of course! We will be closely following all recommendations and guidelines from the school, the show's governing body, and the Marion County Health Department. We know you will have a thousand questions and we will try to answer them as we learn. Things are constantly changing and we need to remain adaptable! Please send questions to events@fcbands.org

We are currently recruiting volunteers for our first two events. Review the volunteer information packet below to see what that entails. You can sign up for the first two events using the links below. Save the date for IHSCGA on March 27th. That volunteer sign up will be coming soon.
