Star Clusters
How are they formed?
Intro
There are many ways star clusters are formed. In this text you will learn how they are created.
Globular
This is a picture of a Globular star cluster.
Open cluster
This type of cluster is an Open cluster.
Nebulae
This star cluster has nebulae behind it. Nebulae are clouds of dust and gas in which stars form.
Facts
Most star clusters are formed by being born by the same nebulae. Others are formed by the gravitatinal pull between many stars.Stars are composed of dust and gas. There are two types of star clusters, Globular and Open. Globular clusters are formed when they become compact because of being born at the same time. Open clusters are formed when the most compact stars of a Globular cluster die so that only the outer stars remain.
