From the Principal's Desk
Faculty & Staff,
THANK YOU. When I reflect on what you are accomplishing in your classrooms, I am overcome with gratitude for all that you are doing to ensure growth in our scholars. Education is such an important process and the work of an effective teacher is certainly a heavy lift. I see you putting pieces back together when they become loose, tightening up systems at just the right moment, and pouring yourselves into those you serve so that they remain ready to help realize our campus goals. #grit #passion #commitment #excellence
Remember...
- The success of OUR SCHOOL begins and ends with all faculty and staff members working together to ensure our scholars are giving the best opportunities to demonstrate success in school.
- The quality of instruction should strive to achieve "First Good Instruction" where 80% of our scholars master the concepts/skills the first time.
- Teachers should work to build our scholars capacity & academic achievement.
