Ankle Wraps
In Mrs. Weyant's Sports Med class, students practiced taping ankles. A rolled or twisted ankle is never fun but knowing how to wrap it properly can help reduce swelling right after an injury and later provide stabilization.

Viking Baseball
Coach Walker had 65 parents and players show up to the high school and worked from 9-12 on a Saturday to get the baseball field in shape for the upcoming season!
Needless to say, they had a very productive day! Volunteers replaced backstop pads, sod cut the infield and warning track, rebuilt bullpen mounds, repainted the dugout, edged the entire field, patched holes in batting cage, cleaned everything, put new field equipment together and power washed the brick backstop.
What a wonderful and supportive fan base we have in addition to our athletes!
Be sure to catch a Baseball or Softball game as the season is just underway.
