A task all to familiar with Americans. We think we can multitask successfully when we are pressured by many things. Usually this backfires on all us. Now studies have shown multitasking, our all to familiar way of doing things is bad for our brain. It is better to focus on one thing at a time, when you do this you will produce better quality work. Practicing focusing on one thing at a time will improve your overall work ethic.
