## My proposal

For the food I propose if the amount of people show up is below 55 then order from burger bonanza but, if the amount of people is above 55 then order from pizza palace. For the entertainment if the number of hours is under 4 then order Hoppin Around but if it lasts more than 4 hours order from Jumpin' Jacks

## Critical Thinking Questions

For each equation I looked at the flyer and saw the cost for each hour plus the set-up/removal fee. I then plugged those numbers into the equation y=kx+b. At four hours both companies will cost 300\$. In order to solve this I put both of the equations together; 75x=54x+84 and solved for x.For Hoppin Around if you have a budget 750\$ you will have a maximum of 12 hours. However for jumpin jacks if you have a budget of 750 you can have a maximum of 12 hours

For each equation I looked at the flyer and saw the cost for each hour and the catering/setup fee. I then plugged those numbers into the equation y=kx+b.There will be a point of intersection. You would put the two equations together and solve for x. X will be the point of intersection and in this case the equation is 10x+20+9.25x+61.25 and x = 55. At 55 students both companies will cost 570 students. If you only have 1000 dollars as a budget if you order from burger bonanza you can only have a maximum of 97 people. However if you order from pizza palace you can have 101 people. You cannot have a decimal or fraction because you can’t have a decimal or fraction of a person.
