Greetings!
I can't believe we are at the end of February already! I never want this year to end!
Next Tuesday is Mardi Gras. Our class activity is the cake walk. Please send in a cake that day. It can be homemade or from the store. Cupcakes are fine too. Make sure it comes in a container that you do not need returned. This is always a popular event and the kids have a blast selecting music and "running the show." All the proceeds will be going to the school in Haiti. If your child has not yet purchased Mardi Gras tickets, please do that as soon as possible.
Please sign and return your student's MAP goal sheet with your signature tomorrow. We will refer to these frequently as we work toward achieving our "SMART" goals.
Thank you for parenting such wonderful kids . . . I think THIS is the "happiest place on earth," not Disneyland!
Carpe Diem!
