The Meal of A Lifetime

Our entrie is French Toast with a Sprinkle of Cinnamon and a Side of fried Sausage! A Desert of Creamy Vanilla Icecream, Fresh Blueberries, and Fluffy Whipcream on top! And some orange juice! $ 4.98 per person. It would take about 55-60 minutes for total time, about 10 minutes for prep time, and 25-35 to cook, and 10 minutes to clean. 15 minutes to eat.

Health Factors

Eggs: Eggs are rich in protien which give you strengh and strong bones. Also eggs have vitamin A which helps break down fat and vitiamin K that helps keep your blood healthy. Eggs also have high cholesterol which causes high bloodpressure which isnt good for you.

Bread- Bread has grains which help with weight and keeping your heart healthy and also helps keep your colon clean. Bread has gluten in it too which has protien which helps you build muscles. Bread also contains carbs, carbs get slowly absorbed in our system slowy so lots of them are bad for you because they turn into fat.

Blueberries- Blueberries contain vitamin C that helps with basic development and growth plus keeps use very healthy. Blueberries also contain vitamin C that help us keep our digestive tract nice and clean.

Strawberries- contain tons of vitamin C that keep you healthy and prevent scurrvy. strawberries also have alot of potassuim that can lower your cholesterol and help prevent heart attacks and strokes.

Sausage- has protien which helps build muscle. Also sausage has a majority of fat that if not worked off it stored in your body as fat.

Ice Cream- Ice cream has dairy which is good for you because it builds up bone. Ice cream aso has a lot of sugar and fat that if not worked off it can stay with you and be stored as fat.

Whip-cream- has a little milk which is good for you beacue it buids up bone, but it has a lot of fat that if not used can be stored as fat. Whip-cream also has alot of sugar that if you dont use it,it gets stored as fat.

Orange Juice-Orange Juice has a lot of vitiamin C and is good for your immuine system. It has a lot of sugar and will be stored as fat if not worked off.

Syrup- Syrup has a very large amount of sugar and Usually maple, its very unhealthy and is stored as fat.


The French Toast-

1.) Needed Cookware- A mixing bowl, a whisk, a frying pan. a turner,

2.) Get Ingredients

3.) Crack the eggs and put them in the custard dish, check for shells, then put them into the mixing bowl, put 4 table spoons of milk in with the eggs, add 1 t. of cinnamon and 1/2 t. vanilla, also add 1 t. of salt. whip at a medium rate for 30 seconds with the whisk.

4.) Turn stovetop on medium heat, and put the frying pan on it, put 1/4 table spoon of butter on the frying pan and move it around until it is melted.

5.) Get 8 slices of bread, dip each side LIGHTLY into the eggs and milk mixture, then put them into the frying pan and turn once golden brown.

The Sausages-

1.) Needed Cookware- Frying pan, Fork.

2.) Turn the stove on meduim heat, put the frying pan on the stove, put a 1/4 cup of water in the pan, and put the sausages in the pan.

3.) Turn sausages every 1-1.5 minutes with the fork, until cooked to desired taste

The Dessert -

1.) Needed Cookware- A dessert cup, Liquid measuring cups, Dry measuring cups. An ice cream scooper.

2.) Cut the green leave off of 4-5 Strawberries. Then cut the strawberries in 1/2's or 1/4's.

3.) In each dessert cup, and put a 1 cup of Vanilla Ice cream in it, add 1/4 cup of blueberries, and 4-5 strawberries, then put whip cream on top of all of it.
