Teaching the Mind...Nourishing the Soul
Theme for the Year - Beauty
From the Principal
This year I have chosen beauty as our theme. I firmly believe that through the beauty of the world around us, we can bring others and ourselves closer to Christ. I will be highlighting verses from the Bible that revolve around this theme, and encourage everyone to see the beauty God has given us, in so many different ways.
In Christ's Service,
Diane Price
Quotes to Ponder
"We are to be missionary disciples just like the Apostles, sharing our faith in word and deed" (Evangelii Gaudium).
- Pope Francis
"Beauty is the arrowhead of evangelization."
- Bishop Robert Barron
At St. Joseph Catholic School, we are striving to become missionary disciples by bringing others to Christ, through the recognition of what is beautiful around us each and every day.
