This year our lessons will be held at Nub's Nob. There is no cost to our students because Nub's Nob is generously donating their facilities, instructors, and the students' ski equipment.

We Need Volunteers
You do not need to be a skier to help us.
Volunteers are welcome to help chaperone the bus ride, help students with equipment, or supervise a lesson / free ski. If you are interested in volunteering please contact the classroom teacher and send in an additional release for yourself. Please note any volunteer must be on our approved volunteer list for the 2014-15 school year. Please contact Mrs. Wagner for verification.

Swim Lessons Begin in January
Congratulations Shay and Blackbird Teachers
In March Mrs. Bower, Ms. Hoggard, Mrs. Gorney, and Mrs. Hunt will be presenting at MACUL, a state wide technology conference. They will be sharing how they integrate technology into their curriculum.
Mr. Byma (music) recently received a $6,000 grant to purchase audio / video equipment that will allow us to record concerts, plays, and presentations. Students will also be able to recored individual practices for assessment and refinement.
Mr. Erdmann (5th) and Mrs. Jackson (2nd) received $100 mini grants to continue Learn Local initiatives at their campuses.
Blackbird elementary school was awarded a $500 donation from Blarney Castle to be used in their Science and Math programs.
