Fruit cups can be placed in the bins in the entry way near the main office. Our Kindness Club fun days are listed below.

Monday - Color Day because we all have our own color of kindness to give!

  • Students will dress in a certain color based upon their grade level.
  • Kindergarten - Red
  • First Grade - Orange
  • Second Grade - Yellow
  • Third Grade - Green
  • Fourth Grade - Blue
  • Fifth Grade - Purple
  • Teachers - Wear something with a heart to show your students how much we care about them!

Tuesday - Stuffed Animal Day because we can always use a partner to share kindness!

  • Stuffed animals should be able to fit inside a shoebox. Each teacher sets the rules for stuffed animal classroom participation.

Wednesday - Workout Gear Wednesday because we should all exercise our kindness bone!

Thursday - 80’s Day because kindness is timeless!

Friday - Pajama Day because kindness is comfy just like pajamas!

Background Checks

Please know background checks are taking at least 2 weeks to be completed. If you would like to volunteer you must have a completed background on file.

VISITOR AND VOLUNTEER CURRENT UPDATES

  • Safety protocols, including background checks, continue to be in place.

  • Visitors and volunteers are recommended to wear a mask if not vaccinated.

  • Visitors will be permitted in the school, mainly staying in the vestibule/office area.

  • Volunteers will be allowed on a limited basis, however they will not be in close proximity with students.

  • Field trip volunteers will need to follow the mask requirement per the venue.

  • Classroom volunteers will continually be explored throughout this year. More communication will be coming before fall elementary parties.

Visitors and Volunteers

Parents are encouraged to be active participants in their child’s school community. All visitors, including parents and community members, must provide a photo ID before entering the school building and report directly to the office.

School administration reserves the right to deny access based on certain circumstances such as lockdowns and other safety concerns. In order to ensure student safety, using the guidelines below, Noblesville Schools requires background checks for visitors and volunteers. Background checks need to be submitted at least two weeks prior to an event.

Panorama Student Survey

Grades 3-5

Panorama Student Survey

Noblesville Schools is committed to providing a great school experience for all students. To help achieve this we will use a platform called Panorama to survey students in grades 3-5 during the dates of February 28 - March 11, 2022. The Panorama survey seeks to gather input on topics like school climate and culture, emotion regulation, self-management, social awareness and belonging. When students feel connected to their school environment, they are more engaged and increasingly successful in both academic and social achievements. More information on the survey can be found here.

Although the survey is not mandatory, student perceptions will provide valuable insights for future planning, support and programming. Results will be used to determine needs based on trends for our school.

If you wish for your student to opt-out, you can submit an opt-out form. The survey is voluntary and students are welcome to choose an alternate activity (read, homework, etc.) at the time the survey is given.

If you have any questions regarding the survey, please contact our district counseling coordinator, Dana Nelson at (317) 773- 3171 or dana_nelson@nobl.k12.in.us

Thank you for your support of this important opportunity to best serve students and our school community.
