From the Nurse
With the winter months in full swing the Nurses office would like to remind you that kids should be coming to school dressed for the weather. We do not have enough winter pants to provide to every student. If your student has borrowed pants from the Health office please return them ASAP. We are in need of medium and large boys and girls pants. Sizes 7/8, 8/10, 10/12 and 14/16. As you clean out your kiddos' closets please keep us in mind.
Treats at School
Can I bring homemade treats from home for a classroom party or for my child's birthday
You may choose snack items from one of the district snack lists for activities during the school day. Homemade treats cannot be sold or shared with multiple students during the school day.
What about pre-packed treats from a store?
Please select one of the items listed on the store-bought snack list.

Special PTO Meeting with Superintendent Dr. Adams!

Please join us for a unique opportunity to share your thoughts, experiences, and feelings regarding our school! As a follow up to this fall's listening tour, WDMCS Superintendent Dr. Adams wants to hear more from YOU!
This "meeting" will be an open conversation for all in attendance. Do not pass up the opportunity to have your voice, ideas and suggestions heard. Always wondered about something? Now is the time to ask. This meeting is for all of us! Together, we can make our school amazing.

Summer Rocks Committee Members Needed
Summer Rocks is our school's end of the year celebration party that happens on the playground. Traditionally, there are food and beverages, games, prizes, and more for families to enjoy - all free of charge. The PTO is currently forming a committee for the planning and orchestrating of this event. Many hands are needed to ensure a fun event. Would you be willing to help? Friendship Classroom Parties - Valentine Card Donation Request
February will be here before we know it! Classroom Friendship Parties will be scheduled on a date near the Valentine's Day holiday. Watch your email for details to come! Students will be able to bring Valentine cards to share with their friends. If you would like to donate a box or two of Valentine cards for students who may not have any, please send them to the school office anytime between now and February 8th. Thank you in advance!
