New Hire Process
I am working with Shannon to streamline a process for new hires. It's important that any new employee meets with a number of people before they begin working and right now that isn't taking place. She is working to set up appointments with each of you to understand what your procedure is now to help us plan. Please set these up as soon as possible if you haven't already. We appreciate your help and insight :)

Communications Tip of the Week
A few items that are always good reminders:
- Perception is truth.
- You don't get to pick the crisis.
- Reputation of a school is built or broken based on what staff say about the school.
- It's not about the crisis but how you respond to it that people remember.
