HOORAY!
The Proctor Library is now open. Students should have received a Google Classroom invitation from the library. Once their parent permission slip has been filled out, students can begin placing holds and checking out books.
Find your Favorites and Put a Book on Hold
Please place your hold requests, I will process them and e-mail you with your pick up options. All instructional videos will be posted in the Library Google Classroom. Click below to learn how to put a book on hold.
Be sure to browse the library catalog and see our selection of books to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month. Here are just a few of my favorites...
SORA
While you are waiting to get a book in your hands, don't forget you can access audio and e-books from our school or the Alameda County Library with the SORA App. (If you are a new student to Proctor, you will be able to use Sora by Oct. 1st.)
Select Castro Valley Elementary & Middle Schools.
Enter your 5 digit student ID and click sign in.
You can now access our school's e-books.
Click the drop down menu at the top of the page to add another library.
Enter 94546 and select Alameda County Library.
You now have access to hundreds of audio & e-books.

- Fill out our Virtual Volunteer Form
- Make a donation to the PTA - Friends of the Library
