STAR READING ASSESSMENT
We took the STAR Reading Assessment back in August and will be taking it again in the next couple of weeks. Once students have completed the test, I will send home a printed report so that you can see your child's progress so far this school year.
WRITE SCORE
One of the nice things about Write Score is that the assessments are graded by a third party, so we are able to get objective and specific feedback about how to best support each child. Students have already received their scores and specific feedback for the narrative and informational pre assessments.
Next week, students will take the post assessment for informational writing. Once, these scores are sent back to Jackson, I will print them for each child so that they can see how they have progressed and how they can continue to improve.
Please let me know if you have any questions about Write Score.
