IMPORTANT NOTICES

For Your Information – Traffic Survey
To support the Ridgeway project, Claires Court will be carrying out a short survey of traffic arriving and leaving the three sites next week. As well as automated counters there will be manned traffic surveys undertaken on Tuesday 11 and Wednesday 12 February. The persons carrying out the surveys will be positioned in the vicinity of the sites and will be identifiable by their hi-vis jackets and name badges.

Pupil Absence

Please can we remind parents to ring in absences before 9.30am (01628 411480 - there is an answerphone before 8am). Girls who arrive after 9.10am must register at the School Office.

Wed 12 Feb – OPEN MORNING ON ALL 3 SITES 9.30am – 12pm (11.30am for Nursery)

Thurs 13 Feb – Talent Show 6.30pm. All parents are invited to attend what promises to be a great evening of entertainment!

Fri 14 Feb - Year 8 Art trip Oxford Museums

Fri 14 Feb – Grade Cards for Years 7 – 10 travel home with pupils. Please return the acknowledgement slip to confirm that you have seen the Card.

Monday 17 to Friday 21 February - Holiday Club brings an Arctic Day to a Record Breakers Challenge Day with adventure, games, creativity and fun all along the way. Book now (before Monday) for discounted rate and option of a hot lunch... we hope to see you here at College Avenue next month.

Sports Club is running Mon 17 to Thu 20 February and is based at the Cannon Lane site where we’ll continue to offer fantastic Holiday Activities & Courses. This coming half-term holiday activities are for all children in years 3 and above. Places are still available to book now (and before Monday) to gain a discounted rate.

Mon 10 Feb: Year 5 and 6 Hockey v Highfield at Altwood 4-5pm. All girls who attend Hockey Club will be involved in this fixture.

Tues 11 Feb: U13 A&B League Hockey Match, CC A&B V Marist A&B. At Braywick. Each team will play two games. A Team – L Corrigan, R Watkins, C Webster, K Garthside, D Ayres, I Molhoek, G Lancaster, G Mead. B team – A Worsfold, N Maher, F Laursen, I Van Vuuren, A Slater, Z Saleem, D Wright, E Jones. Leave School at 4pm. KIT: Hockey shirt, navy or maroon skort, navy socks. Pick up from Braywick ATP at 5.30pm.

Wed 12 Feb: U12 B Netball Match at Kidwells Park (Rearranged from 16 Oct). C Griffiths, J Cronk, I Ilyas, N Paine-Jones, L Ditchfield, M Roberts-Martinez, A Gronmark, A Ingram, R Smith. Leave lessons at 3:50pm to get a coach to Kidwells, pick up from Kidwells at 5:30pm. KIT: White PE top & blue skort, ankle socks, trainers, blue tracksuit and waterproof top. Water bottle and snack.

Wed 12 Feb: Sixth Form Super 8 Netball v Gordons, Away. Meet 1.30pm in the Bus Bay. Return approx 5pm. A Squad: M Jones VCapt (Injured), L Bampfield, M Draper,

L Young, G Lindley, E Rayer, D Rȕhle, M Swift, P Mudge. Kit - Please ensure you wear a blue tracksuit, netball tour dresses, white base layer, white hoodie, white ankle socks, white trainers and water proof top. Please inform Mrs Heywood as soon as possible if you cannot play.

Wed 12 Feb: ISA U13 Regional Netball Tournament at Sherfield. Leave School at 10.45am. Meet at School at in PE kit and full tracksuit (see kit list). Leaving School at 10.45am. Please ensure you bring plenty of food, water, waterproof top and additional warm clothing. We will return to school at approximately 5pm. Squad: A De Torres,
