Ways to challenge and nurture gifted students
Independent Projects: Many gifted and talented students end up with a lot of extra time on their hands because they finish their work quickly. Use the extra time to help them develop their creativity.
Find a mentor: Find a mentor to help them so they can achieve their highest potential.
Try a New Approach: Change your approach when working with gifted and talented students. Instead of being "the expert," become "the facilitator."
