Message From Mr. Goddard
Barron Park Elementary
Dear BP Families,
This past Tuesday, site and district administrators reviewed learning model survey results for 4th and 5th Grade. At Barron Park, our data remained consistent with approximately 2/3 selecting hybrid in-Person learning and 1/3 choosing full-distance learning (FDL). On Monday, November 2 at 5:00 pm, families in these two grade levels will be sent information regarding classroom and cohort placement.
I am pleased to share that we are able to keep all Barron Park students with Barron Park educators throughout this entire process. Looking at our data, it made the most sense to keep all three classrooms in the 4/5 combination class format.
- Ms. Shiv will teach 4/5 full-distance learning (FDL)
- Ms. Sylvia will teach 4/5 hybrid in-person learning
- Ms. Gupta will teach 4/5 hybrid in-person learning
Families in these two grade levels, we will be inviting you to a classroom zoom meeting that will take place the afternoon of Thursday, November 5. Specific times and zoom links will be sent directly to you by Tuesday, November 3.
Continued thanks for your patience and flexibility as we worked through several transitions to bring our TK through Fifth Grade students back on campus. To our FDL families, I am also pleased all of you are directly connected to Barron Park School under the leadership of our outstanding educators.
