Students' Social and Emotional Well Being. As we now know, the social and emotional success of our students has an important impact on the academic success of our students. We are currently using a variety of curriculums, mentors and strategies to support our students. Another component to help us identify the needs of our students early is through a universal screen. Much like students get screened for reading and math support, screening for social and emotional risk factors is now just as important. In the coming weeks, we will be using the Social, Academic, Emotional and Behavioral Risk Screener (SAEBRS) tool to assist with this process. Results will be used by our school's intervention team to identify needs and supports that our students can benefit from. If you have any questions about this, please feel free to contact me. Thanks!
Know anyone looking for part time swing shift work (3:00-8:00 or 4:00-9:00 pm weekdays)? We have a 5 hour custodial position available. Benefits are available. If interested, please visit the following website - we appreciate any help in getting the word out. Thanks!
