ONE MORE WEEK: Take The Illinois 5Essentials Survey
As a parent or guardian of one or more students attending a Naperville 203 school, your feedback is requested via participation in the annual statewide Illinois 5Essentials Survey. The purpose of this online survey is to understand your perceptions in the areas of connectedness, satisfaction, interaction, involvement, and quality. The deadline to complete the survey is Friday, March 31.
Summer Learning Course Verification
Thank you to all of the families who have already registered for our 2023 Summer Learning Programs. Please use the following link to Verify Your Registration.
All information regarding the 2023 Summer Learning Programs can be found on the Naperville 203 Summer Learning Website. The registration deadline for summer transportation and all 1st semester summer classes is May 19. If you have any questions regarding our summer programs, please contact the site specific director(s) on the program pages. If you have questions regarding registration or payment, please email us at summerlearning@naperville203.org or call 630-420-6486.
Tuesday, April 4, will be an e-Learning Day for all students
Tuesday, April 4, will be an e-Learning Day for all Naperville 203 schools, as this date is an Election Day in our community and many of our buildings across the district will be used as polling places. More information will be shared next week about the April 4th e-Learning day.
NNHS Alumnae Hit the Courts during March Madness
Two Naperville North grads, Mackenzie Hare and Greta Kampschroeder, will represent their respective teams in the women's NCAA basketball tournament.
Mackenzie Hare, a 2022 graduate, will play for the No. 9 seed Marquette Golden Eagles and Greta Kampschroeder, a 2021 graduate will play for the No. 6 seed Michigan Wolverines. We're thrilled to see these talented athletes compete on a national level and can't wait to cheer them on in the tournament!
National Education Association Foundation Award for Teaching Excellence
Congrats to our very own NCHS social studies teacher, Seth Brady, for being selected by the Illinois Education Association for the "National Education Association Foundation Award for Teaching Excellence"! Seth is making a difference!
#PartnersInGrowth in Action
Keith Langosch, Connections Transitional Services Principal, was recently a guest on NCTV17's Dana Being Dana Show. Keith shared information on our Naperville 203 transitional program and how services support students in furthering education, employment and independence from ages 18-22.
Calling All Incoming Kindergarteners
Order a Class of 2036 Grow With Me T-shirt for your incoming kindergartner today. This is the perfect T-shirt for your future graduate to wear for pictures on the first day of school each year. Order the size you think your child will be as a senior in high school and watch as they grow into their shirt from year to year. Available in sizes L and XL. The price of the shirts is $22, which includes shipping.

Spring Rainbow of Fruits & Vegetables
This week Chef Natalia creates a rainbow of fruits and vegetables to celebrate the start of Spring! Be sure to add these to your meals at home and be sure to choose from the various selections at the schools for the required ½ cup fruit or vegetable component to your breakfast and lunch.

High School Students: Spring Snowball Retreat 'True Colors' Registration Now Open!
Mark your calendars for the Spring 2023 Operation Snowball retreat; 'True Colors' will be April 22- 23! This teen-led/adult-guided retreat gives you the opportunity to discover something about yourself, have fun, and learn ways you can impact your peers and younger students. Spend a weekend focusing on self-care and celebrating your true colors with us! Students can learn more about Snowball by attending an open meeting 3/16 at WVHS, from 7:00-9:00 pm.
