Working on Our Depth of Knowledge
These CCPS students in the Koala Class stretched their learning last week with opportunities to use strategic and extended thinking. They were each given a partner and a budget to improve their classroom library. Students polled their friends about the types of books they are most interested in reading. They created a tally chart with the data they collected. Then they were given Scholastic book orders to spend their money according to their data. These students LOVED it and were so successful!!
