Western Reserve School of Cooking is hosting a Whisk event with T.L. Keller Meats where you will have the opportunity to witness a whole hog butchery! Run by Cathy Keller T.L. Keller Meats will bring in a 100lb half hog to demonstrate the art of butchering and discuss the farm to table process. Whisk events are always interactive so you can ask the experts all those questions you've been dying to ask! WRSOC will also be serving a few tasty side treats based on Keller Meats products, and of course no Whisk event is complete without a selection of beer, wine and, liquor!
