FLOW CHARTS & SUBROUTINES
THE EASY GUIDE
What is a Flow chart
- Flow chart: A diagram of the sequence of operations in a computer program.
- Is often referred to as the basic computer programming.
- Displays what the computer is thinking.
What flow charts a basically used for?
These examples aren't as basic as it seems, though they do follow the same principle:
- Lighthouses
- Traffic lights
- Self-service checkouts
- Self-service pay machines
- Tills
- etc
SUBROUTINES (What is it?)
- A subroutine is a change in a computer program's normal routine.
- Below is a example of a complex subroutine in a simulation, the conditions of the test changed; the simulated enemy's shields were offline.
