Student in Need of Breakfast/Lunch?
If you have a school-aged student in need of breakfast and lunch this summer, simply text “FOOD” to 877877 and receive a message back with a location closest to where they can get free summer meals.
The text information service is run by No Kid Hungry, an initiative of the non-profit organization Share Our Strength.
No Kid Hungry has access to information about tens of thousands of groups serving free meals nationwide as part of the the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s (USDA) Summer Food Service Program.

Your innovative summer starts now. Here’s what you need to know about signing up your 4th-8th grader for Summer Camps @ The Tech, powered by Galileo:
June 12 to Aug. 18: Design your day just the way you like it. Include a morning class from 9 a.m. to noon, or an afternoon class from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. — or both
New and updated classes: Our 2017 lineup includes 18 hands-on classes, including BioTech: Active Accessories, a new class where campers will get wired into the world of wearable tech to create their own fitness tracking device. We’re also offering updates to our popular classes like Animal M.D., Virtual Reality, and 3D Animation.

SUMMER ACADEMY FOR STUDENTS
Students in grades 4-8 attend this full-day summer camp, which focuses on both short and long-term academic, social, and emotional development. This year Summer Academy will be held June 29th-July 30th, Monday-Thursday. New members of Summer Academy and the Education Department can register for Summer Academy on May 7th from 1-5 pm in our Learning Center.

$750 - 7 week summer program
